MaryAnn Murphy

Maryann was the wife of her beloved husband of 63 years, James P. Murphy; loving mother of Colleen M. (Greg) Page, Mary Cathleen (Paul) Sunderhaus, Tamera Murphy, and Debbie (Cory) Morin; dear grandmother of Chad Page, Heather Page, Lily Sunderhaus, Kristen Nash, and Ammie Murphy; great-grandmother of Salem, Teagan, Tori, Aubry, Brennan, and Ariah; and sister of Madeline Smith, Cindy Fletcher, and Caroline Kuhn.

Maryann was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Robert Erdelyi, and children James P. Murphy and Cornelius A. Murphy.

Formerly of South Bend, Indiana, the family moved to Fort Myers Beach in 1976. They were long time members of The Fort Myers Beach Church of Ascension.

She owned and ran Designs by Maryann, a florist shop on Ft. Myers Beach for 30 years.

A memorial celebration of life service for Maryann will be held Friday, April 12, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Hodges Life Celebration Center, 26051 S Tamiami Trail, Bonita Springs, Florida 34134.

A private interment service will take place at the University of Notre Dame Cemetery later this spring.
