Barbara Jean Henley James, 61, died Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at her home. She was born December 1, 1951 to Vardaman and Merline Henley. She was a member of Grace Methodist Church. She worked at Baptist Memorial Hospital as a LPN.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, May 2, 2013 at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Rodney Brazil officiating. Burial will be in Sumners Chapel Cemetery.
Survivors are her husband, Larry James of Booneville, one daughter, Valerie (Todd) Parker of Rienzi; two sons, Brad James and Michael (Melissa) James both of Booneville ; two sisters, Betty Michael of Booneville and Jane (David) Denton of Duckhill; seven grandchildren, Brandon Feazell, Zach Parker, Destiny Whitley, Hunter Parker, Chloe Parker, Linzie Parker and Larkin James; one special friend, Sharon Overton.
Preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Danny Henley; and one brother-in-law, Dick Michael.
Visitation will be from 5:00PM to 9:00PM Wednesday, May 1, 2013 and until service time Thursday at McMillan Funeral Home.
