Billy Leroy Johnson

Billy Leroy “Billy Roy” Johnson, 71, of Rienzi died December 28, 2012 at home. He was born February 20, 1941 to Curtis and Mary Eaton Johnson. He was retired from the US Army Corps of Engineers and was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam Era. He attended Mills Community Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Sunday, December 30, 2012 at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Donny Davis and Larry Clayton officiating. Burial will be in the Antioch # 2 Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Patsy Johnson; two daughters, Katrina (Allan) Oglesby of Minden, LA and Deloris (Charleston) Grizzard of Rienzi; two sons, James (Reina) Johnson and Damon (Renea) Johnson both of Rienzi; five sisters, Lola Bearden & Sue Wren both of Corinth, Bobbie Jean Martin of Evansville, IN, and Delinda Hamm & Peggy Johnson both of Burnsville; one brother, Stanley Curtis “Onion” Johnson of Booneville; fourteen grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister; and one brother.

Visitation will be 5-9pm Saturday and until service time on Sunday, December 30, 2012 at the funeral home.
