Billy H. Smith, 74, passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2016, at home. He was born October 13, 1941 to Buford and Myrtie Jernigan Smith. He retired from the Prentiss County Power Association after 39 years and was a member of New Hope Primitive Baptist Church.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, July 16, 2016 at McMillan Funeral Home with Elder Benny Burcham officiating.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Saundra Smith; one daughter, Tori Smith and her partner, Sherry Porterfield of Booneville; one son, Brad Smith and his wife Crystal of Biloxi; and one granddaughter, Sarah Smith of the home.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Louise White; and one brother, Curtis Smith.
Visitation will be 1-3pm on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at McMillan Funeral Home.
