Emogene Green

Emogene (Williams) Green, 85, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2013, at her residence. She was born on July 25, 1927 to Oliver and Ora Williams. She was a member of New Lebanon Free Will Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be at 2:00P.M. Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at New Lebanon Free Will Baptist Church with Bro. Don Green and Bro. Jack Whitley Jr. officiating. Burial will be in New Lebanon Free Will Baptist Cemetery.

She is survived by four daughters, Linda (Tommy) Shields of Booneville, Carolyn (Ronnie) McCombs of Burton, Kay (Tony) Lowrey of Burton and Regenia (Dennis) Brown of Cairo; one son, Dr. Jeffrey Green of Memphis, TN; nine grandchildren, Jamie (Alicia) Shields, Johnny (LaVaile) Shields, Danielle (Robbie) King, Carlena (Burton) Benjamin, Jay (Mary Beth) Lowrey, Brandon Lowrey, Amanda (Paul) Comer, Will Green and Sam Green; ten great grandchildren, Ali Beth Shields, John Rylan Shields, Channing Barkley, Logan Barkley, Alex King, Max King, Tate King, Lily Benjamin, Lola Benjamin and Elizabeth (Khurram) Moghal.

Special caregivers, Debra Smith, Kim Overby, Naomi Anderson, Cheryl Moss, JoAnn Jowers and Brenda Brimingham.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Troy Green; her parents; three brothers, W.C., Junior and Hershel Williams.

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M- 9:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at New Lebanon Free Will Baptist Church.
