Hubert Ray Pounds

Hubert Ray Pounds, 71, passed away Friday, March 1, 2013 at his home in New Site. He was born May 5, 1941, to Hubert and Eva Pounds. He was a member of Pleasant Valley Church of Christ and he was a farmer.

Funeral will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 2, 2013, at the McMillan Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ronnie Livingston officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Pounds of New Site; one daughter, Lisa Pounds of New Site; three sons, Kerry (Linda) Pounds of Mooreville, Gary Pounds of New Site and Danny (Christy) Pounds of New Site; two sisters, Dean Chromeans and Marie Mooreland both of New Site; three brothers, Johnny, Roy (Faye), and Wilford (Glenda) Pounds all of New Site; fifteen grandchildren, Justin, Sumer, Tyler, Jacob, Karly, Jesicca, Kolby, Blake, Josh, Tessia, Bryson, Paige, Brandon, Levi and Madison; and four great grandchildren, Cayden, Lexi, Braydon and Lyric.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Mauvine Clark and four brothers, Wilbur, Guy, Hershel and Randle Pounds.
