Jackie Lynn Woodruff, age 68, of Booneville MS, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019 at, North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. Jackie was born September 18, 1950 to L.E. and Quana Woodruff. He was a member of Forked Oak Baptist Church. Jackie enjoyed showing and trading horses. He loved watching New Site Basketball. Everybody that knew Jackie knew he lived by the rule it is better to give than receive. He lived life to the fullest and loved his family dearly. A Celebration of life will be 2:30PM Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Forked Oak Baptist Church with Bro. Dwight South and Bro. Rick Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Mackey's Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00PM to 9:00PM Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Forked Oak Baptist Church. He is survived by one daughter, Shonda Deaton of Tishomingo; son, Kevin Woodruff (Marsha) of Booneville; one brother, Jimmy Woodruff (Lori) of Middleton, TN; four grandchildren: Tyler Deaton, Devin Woodruff (Ragen), Cole Deaton (Kim), and Landon Woodruff; one great grandchild, Gage; one niece, Kully Woodruff; one nephew, Josh Woodruff; mother of his children, Sheila Snider and special friends, Lisa Wilemon, John Holley, Brent Lewis and Ronnie Harris. He is preceded in death by his parents and one infant sister, JoAnn Woodruff. Pallbearers will be Tyler Deaton, Devin Woodruff, Cole Deaton, Landon Woodruff, Josh Woodruff and Brent Lewis.
