Martha Marie Bell Hatcher Vanderford

Martha Marie Bell Hatcher Vanderford, 88, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2013 at her home. She was born December 7, 1924 to John and Jenny Hatcher. She was a homemaker, a member of Rowland Mills Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Rowland Mills Baptist Church with Bro. Franky Smith and Bro. Edward Stacy officiating. Burial will be at Rowland Mills Cemetery.

Survivors are two sons, Jimmy (Ava) Vanderford of Corinth and Johnny (Ollie) Vanderford of Burnsville; seven grandchildren, marty Vanderford of Red Bay, AL, Gogie (Bill) Goodson of Baldwyn, Linda (Edward) Roberts of Burnsville, Matilda Belue of New Albany, Carolyn (Jerry) Stricklin of Burnsville, Sandy (Al) Wilkerson of Gilbert, AZ and Bruce (Donna) Evans of Booneville; twelve great grandchildren, Gina (Jeremie) Bray, John Holland, Jonathan (Brittany) Roberts, Kayla Stricklin, Kristen Stricklin, Tererra Vanderford, Dustin Crump, Austin Belue, Heather Hughes, Brandy Evans, Brian Stricklin and Jay Stricklin; four great great grandchildren, Max Parker and Rhett Hatcher Bray, Jason and Samantha Hughes

Preceded in death by her husband, Milton Vanderford; her parents, three sisters, Beulah Watkins, Verna Stidham and Freda Gray and two brothers, Morrel and Buck Hatcher.

Visitation will start at 5:00PM Tuesday, June 18, 2013 and continue until service time at Rowland Mills Baptist Church.
