Mary Edith Hunt

Edith Breedlove Hunt, 83, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2016, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born May 18, 1932 to Clarence and Ollie Duncan Miller. She was retired from the Prentiss County Health Department and a member of Candlers Chapel Baptist Church.

A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, February 5, 2016 at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Glen Jones officiating. Burial will be in Candlers Chapel Cemetery.

She is survived by one daughter, Saundra (Jimmy) Sims of Tupelo; one step-daughter, Janice (James Harold) Moreland of Marietta; one daughter-in-law, Elaine Breedlove of Boonevillesix grandchildren, Shane Sims, Courtney Strickland, Wendy Geno, Jennifer Beasley, Casey Stevens, and Micki King; and a host of great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Joe Breedlove; her second husband, Macon Hunt; one son, Ronnie Joe Breedlove; one sister, Pauline Botts; and one brother, Gene Miller.

Visitation will be 5-8pm on Thursday, February 4, 2016 and until service time on Friday, at McMillan Funeral Home.
