Mary Faye Jackson

Mary Faye Lindley Jackson, 89, passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at home. She was born March 3, 1927 to Clifford Cleveland and Annie Crowson Johnson. She was retired from the Booneville High School Cafeteria and a member of First Pentecostal Church in Booneville.

A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 4, 2016 at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Hill, Bro. Jerry Wallace, Bro. Russell Lormand officiating with Kevin Lindley doing the eulogy. Burial will be in Cains Chapel Cemetery.

She is survived by three daughters, Linda Rickman Norton of Corinth, Peggy Porterfield Lindley of Booneville, and Cathy (Sammy) Miller of Nacogdoches, TX; one son, Johnny Harold (Debra) Lindley of Booneville; eight grandchildren, Kevin Lindley, Carla Rickman, Shane Rickman, Chris Lindley, Danny R. Porterfield II, Ronnie Cartwright II, Channing Cartwright, and Brandy Smith; eighteen great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; her care givers, Martha Watson and Robbie McCoy; and a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Jonnie Monroe Lindley; her second husband, William Arthur Jackson; three brothers, Flavel, Thurman, and Eulas Ray Johnson.

Visitation will be 5-9pm on Friday, June 3, 2016 and until service time on Saturday, at McMillan Funeral Home.
