Elaine Lambert Smith, formerly of Booneville, 80, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, at Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, FL. She was born December 20, 1934 to Garvin and Bernice Strickland Lambert. She was a seamstress.
A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Fairview Church of God Cemetery with Bro. Marshall Tennison officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
She is survived by two sons, James Smith of Chicago, IL and Michael Smith of Chipley, FL; two sisters, Mildred Hollander of Iuka and Linda Michael of Tennessee; six grandchildren,; and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill Young; two sisters, Shirley Lambert and Willetta Maness; and two brothers, Bobby and Junior Lambert.
There will be no visitation.
