Mildred F. Price

Mildred Price, 95, died Sunday, May 15, 2011, at the Landmark Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Booneville. She was born July 8, 1915, to William David and Lucille Keaton Floyd. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, UMW and the Woman’s Club. She with her husband owned Price’s Jewelers. She enjoyed playing bridge.

Private funeral services will be at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at McMillan Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Hankins officiating. Burial will be in Booneville Cemetery.

She is survived by one daughter, Betty Price (John) Donahoo of Hampton Cove, AL; one son, John David (Amanda) Price of Booneville; two sisters, Martha Floyd (Bunch) Gardner of Shannon and Margaret Floyd (Bob) Burgess of Vivera, FL; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Henry Price; her parents; and one brother, Elmer Floyd.

Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
