Peggy Lavelle English

Peggy Lavelle English, 84, passed away Saturday, March 21, 2026, at her home. She was born June 8, 1941, to Fred and Estelle Eaton. She was a devout member of Jumpertown United Methodist Church. Peggy owned and operated Eaton’s Furniture alongside her late husband Honnell. She enjoyed spending time outdoors doing yard work and gardening.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Jumpertown United Methodist Church with Bro. Chris Zirlott officiating. Burial will be in Jumpertown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Jumpertown United Methodist Church.

Peggy is survived by her son, Randy English (Betty); her daughter, Kim English; her brother, Bill Hugh Eaton (Gail); her sisters, Sandra White (Wilbur), Pat Eaton, and Nella Wayne Brumley (Billy); her grandchildren, Mandi, Kyle, Andrea, and Hannah; and her great-grandchildren, Jack, Ella Katherine, Landon, Kaden, Caroline, Tanner, William, Ivy Kate, and Charlotte.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Honnell English; her brother, Trent Eaton; and her grandson, Josh Bennett.
