

Raymond Dodds, 85, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2015, at Oxford Veterans Home. He was born July 7, 1930 to William Lee and Mary King Dodds. He retired from Brown Shoe Company and was a member of Liberty United Methodist Church in Booneville. He was a US Army Veteran of the Korean War.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Glover and Bro. Larry Burton officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Memorial Gardens.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Dodds; two daughters, Becky (Jerry) Barnes and Debra (Marty) Bishop both of Booneville; four step-daughters, Marilyn (Larry) Burton of Hot Springs, AR, Vicki Temple of Little Rock, AR, Regina (Wayne) Duncan of Rienzi, and Youvonne (Mike) Plaxico of Dallas, TX; two step-sons, Jim Tom Ford of Hot Springs, AR and Danny (Cathy) Hill of Booneville; one brother, Gerald (Nadine) Dodds of Booneville; three granddaughters, Sally Bishop, Stacey Adams, and Andi-Beth (Clay) England; four great grandchildren; and a host of Step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Bobbye Jean Dodds; his second wife, Martha Hill Dodds; four sisters, Theadus Breedlove, Ruth George, Martha White, and Rachel Gentry; two brothers, Vernon Dodds, Hubert Dodds; and one infant brother and sister.
Visitation will be 5-8pm on Monday, August 10, 2015, at McMillan Funeral Home and until service time on Tuesday.
