Robert Hayden

Robert Lloyd Hayden, 68, died Saturday, May 31, 2014, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville. He was born March 31, 1946, to Roy Edward and Lera Esta Vandevander Hayden. He was a member of Pleasant Valley Church of Christ. He was a cutting room supervisor. He worked for Schwieger and Corinthian Furniture manufacturing. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, raising animals, playing his guitar, and singing in church.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at McMillan Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Ricky Green and Bro. Randy Estes officiating. Burial will be in Hayden Family Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Patsy Ann Stacy Hayden; three daughters, Kathy (Dossie) Humphres of New Site, Christy (Danny) Pounds of Marietta and Melody Hayden of Booneville; one son, Clinton (Maria) Hayden of Marietta; two sisters, Carolyn (Randy) Estes of Jumpertown and Ouida Penny of Booneville; one brother, Billy (Margaret) of GA; 14 grandchildren, Wayne, Bobbie Ann, Clayton, Payton, Bryson, Levi, Madison, Gracie, Eli, Riley, Sumer, Kolby, Patrick, Brittney and Ron; and four great-grandchildren, Cayden, Lexie, Lyric and Nevaeh.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Bonnie Hayden and Linda Hayden Davis; and two brothers, Harold Hayden and William Hayden.

Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
