Shirley Ann Bridges McDougal

Shirley Ann Bridges McDougal, 63, of Corinth died Sunday,November 7, 2010 at her home. She was a member of the Little Brown Free Will Baptist Church and attended Reaching Out Pentecostal Church and was a certified nursing assistant with Cornerstone Health and Rehab.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at McMillan Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jeff Jones and Bro. Danny Short officiating. Burial will be in the Pisgah Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband , Sammy Lee McDougal; 3 daughters, Debbie (Chris) Stevens, Renea (Michael) Moore all of Marietta, MS and Laura (Buzz) Blauvelt of Rienzi; 2 sons, Charles Edge of Corinth and Robert (Debra) Edge of Booneville; 2 sisters, Ode Tueffel and Mary Lou Franks both of Booneville; 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Annie Bridges Shockley, her father, Minor Mason Bridges ; 2 brothers, Donald and Sambo Bridges; stepfather, Fletcher Shockley and granddaughter, Samantha Jackson.

Visitation will be from 5-9 pm on Monday, November 8, 2010 at the funeral home and until service time on Tuesday.
