Sue McNeil

Mary Sue Wright McNeil, 76, died Saturday, July 23, 2011, at Cornerstone Health and Rehab in Corinth. She was born June 14, 1935, to Sidney and Bessie Alta Davis Wright. She was a beautician and a member of New Lebanon Free Will Baptist Church. She enjoyed working in her flower beds and loved her church family.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 26, 2011, at New Lebanon Free Will Baptist Church with Bro. Jack Whitley officiating. Burial will be in New Lebanon Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of McMillan Funeral Home.

She is survived by two daughters, Donna Eubanks of Cairo and Shelia (Charles) Hardwick of Iuka; one son-in-law, Buddy Hatcher; one sister, Leatha Bryant of Cairo; six grandchildren, Dana McNeil, Brad Eubanks, Carey (Ron) Valderrama, Jonathan (Morgan) Hardwick, Amy (Waylon) Britton and Regis Hatcher; and seven great-grandchildren, Micah McNeil, Giavanna Valderrama, Vincent Valderrama, Kinley Hardwick, Brynlee Hardwick, Nathan Britton and Ryan Britton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, L.D. McNeil in 2002; one daughter, Regina Hatcher; her parents; one sister, June Skinner; and three brothers, Ewell, Arliss and Doyle Wright.

Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home. The body will lie-in-state in hour prior to the service at the church.
