

Tony was the beloved husband of Barbara (Pasqua) LoVuolo, with whom he shared 63 wonderful years of marriage. He was the loving father of WiIliam LoVuolo of Boston and Susan (LoVuolo) Greco and her husband Joseph of Saugus. He was predeceased by his son, Anthony LoVuolo of Stoneham, and is survived by his daughter-in-law, Janine LoVuolo of Stoneham.
Tony was the devoted grandfather of Anthony D. LoVuolo and his wife Alexandra of Danvers, Nina LoVuolo of Stoneham, Joseph M. Greco of Saugus, and Alana Greco of Saugus. He was the proud great-grandfather of Genaro Jannino of Stoneham and Aria LoVuolo of Danvers.
He was the loving brother of Nicolina “Lovey” Rivera and brother-in-law of Mary Hutchings of Saugus and Kathy Bellerose and her husband Joseph of Medford. He was also the cherished uncle of his nieces Theresa Saideh of Stoneham, Paula Rivera of California, Michelle Capadanno of Tewksbury, Desiree Rivera of Salem, NH and was predeceased by his nephew, Frank P. Rivera of Stoneham.
Tony enjoyed a successful professional career as a sales representative for Ben Franklin Smith Printing Company in Boston, where he worked for over 40 years. After retirement, he and Barbara embraced all that North End life had to offer, especially enjoying the neighborhood’s renowned restaurants and vibrant community.
A dedicated community leader, Tony was an active member and past president of the Madonna Della Cava Society of Boston, helping organize and support the Society’s annual festival for many years. He and Barbara treasured their winters in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Florida, and their summers in West Yarmouth, Cape Cod, creating countless memories with their children and grandchildren.
Tony was a passionate Boston sports fan who followed all of Boston’s teams faithfully. He maintained lifelong friendships in both Boston and Florida and was a longtime member of the West End House. Above all else, Tony loved his family. He will be fondly remembered at Sunday dinners, enjoying gravy and meatballs, sharing stories and laughter, and sneaking meatballs to the family dogs despite being repeatedly told not to. His warmth, generosity, humor, and devotion to family will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
The family will receive visitors on Monday, July 13, 2026 from 8:30am to 10am in St. Leonard Church, 320 Hanover St., Boston with Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 10am. Burial will be at a later date.
