Cyrus Anthony DelVecchio, 81, of Hingham, MA died on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013. Beloved husband of the Honorable Suzanne Vitagliano DelVecchio. Son of the late Leonardo & Filomena (Capodilupo) DelVecchio, brother of the late Michael DelVecchio of Brookline. He is survived by his sister-in-law Lorayne DelVecchio of Brookline , his brothers–in-law John Vitagliano of Winthrop, Alphonse (Lorraine) Vitagliano of Lynnfield and Francis (Halyna) Vitagliano of Boston and numerous nieces & nephews of whom he was most proud.

Cyrus was born and raised in the West End of Boston, resided in Brookline for many years and lived in Hingham, MA for the past 40 years. He was a graduate of Boston Latin School, Harvard College, and Columbia Law School and Boston University School of Law. A Funeral Mass was held at St. Leonard Church with interment following at Walnut Hills Cemetery in Brookline.
