Michelina (Rizza) Guarente of Quincy and formerly of Brighton and Charlestown on October 21, 2014. Loving daughter of Giovanni and Archangela (Tulipano) Rizza. Beloved wife of Louis Guarente, whom she shared 73 years of marriage. Loving mother of Louis and Michael of Quincy and Marilyn Mollenhauer of Pennsylvania and the late Robert Guarente of S. Boston. Dear sister of Josephine Porciello, Benedetto "Ben" Rizzo and John Rizza and the late Catherine Rizza. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all. Funeral from the Boston Harborside Home, 580 Commercial St, Boston on Monday at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated in St. Leonard Church, corner of Hanover and Prince St. at 10am. The family will receive visitors on Sunday from 2-6pm. Services will conclude with entombment in St. Michael Community Mausoleum, Roslindale.
