Alecia Marie Goulding, 33, of Monument Beach, MA passed away on June 5th, 2018. She is the loving daughter of Kevin and Cindy Goulding, adored sister of Kara and Stephen Goulding, devoted aunt of Cameron Goulding and loving girlfriend of Gary Rose. She is survived by her grandmother, Norma Goulding and her grandfather, Stanley Eldridge. Alecia will also be missed greatly by many aunts and uncles including Stanley and Linda Eldridge, Penny and Paul Weeks, Terry and Michael Carrier, Pam and Chuck Weitz, Claudia and Richard Wadman, Scott Goulding, Wayne Goulding, and Joyce Goulding. Alecia shared many memories with her cousins including Andrea (Noah) Goldman, Tina (Bernard) Goulding, Craig (Becca) Wadman, Donna (Danny) Wadman, Jenny (Jim) Chaney, Jeff (Karen) Weitz, Jeremy (Lesley) Weitz, Ryan (Jessie) Carrier, Kaitlyn Carrier, Mitchell Eldridge, Nolan Eldridge, and Isabella Fusco. She is also survived by 16 adoring second cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Stephen Goulding; her grandmother, Penny Eldridge; and her cherished cousin, Nicole Goulding.
Alecia graduated from Bourne High School in 2003 and proudly served her country in the United States Air Force before returning to The Cape to pursue her passions of working with children and animals. Alecia’s family was the center of her life. She was fiercely loyal, sensitive, bright, and always supportive. She will always be known as a “Daddy’s Girl” to all who truly knew her. Her mother Cindy was her best friend and the bond they shared was unbreakable. Her sister Kara was Alecia’s rock, always there for comfort, support, and a smile. Alecia was her brother Stephen’s protector, always watching over him. Alecia was deeply loved by her boyfriend Gary, and together they created many memories. Alecia enjoyed spending her time rollerblading the canal with her mom and sister, fishing with her boyfriend, and playing with her nephew Cameron.
Alecia was a sweet soul who made a difference in the lives of others. She was known for her big heart for family and animals; her kindness and sense of humor, and her zest for life. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home at 40 MacArthur Blvd. in Bourne from 4-8pm on June 12th, 2018. A celebration of life will be held the following day, June 13th 2018 at 10am at Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Oakland Grove Cemetery in Bourne.
