Carol was predeceased by her husband Roy in October 2024. She is survived by her sons Matthew and Dale LaValley, her sister Judith Smith, and her brother Robert Smith.
Carol had a background in horticulture and plants just seemed to thrive in her presence. She never lost this passion but chose a professional path as a realtor, where she thrived. She and her husband, Roy, who was a general contractor, were a true team in work and in life.
For the last 27 years Carol called Cape Cod home. With a love of nature and the ocean there was nowhere else she wanted to be.
Carol was an amazing mother and friend. She was taken too soon and will be missed by many.
Burial will be private at South Monument Cemetery.
