

Born on April 21, 1956, he leaves behind a legacy of loving and cherished memories. He is survived by his loving wife, Ronda Ziner, his son Justin from New Hampshire, daughter Heather from Vermont, sister Pam Au and her husband Stanley from New Jersey and brother Scott from Connecticut. Charlie was the cherished son of the late Charles and Sara Perkins.
Charlie found great joy in the presence of his nephew Kendall and nieces Ashley, Rachel, and Nicole, who held a special place in his heart. With a deep affection for his Cape home, Charlie loved spending time there, relishing the tranquility as he watched the bustling activity of boats on the canal.
He had a passion for sports, indulged in his love for music, and enjoyed singing. Known for his magnetic presence, he could seamlessly strike up conversations and form friendships wherever he went. Walking around the Cape neighborhood brought Charlie immense joy—especially when he had the opportunity to share biscuits with every dog he encountered. Charlie's vibrant spirit and unforgettable warmth will forever be missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Professionally, Charlie was a trailblazer in the field of Massachusetts condominium law, leaving an indelible mark on the industry. His extensive knowledge and commitment to excellence in his practice made him a respected figure among his peers. As a testament to his expertise, Charlie was a distinguished member of the esteemed CAI College of Community Association Lawyers and had the honor of being inducted into the CAI New England Hall of Fame. Additionally, he dedicated his time and expertise as the Co-Chair of the CAI New England Attorneys' Committee.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Charlie's approach to law was marked by compassion and a deep sense of professionalism. He genuinely cared for his clients, co-workers, and friends, always going above and beyond to ensure their needs were met. His impact on the lives he touched was profound.
