He was the son of Peter and Helen Long, and the late Charles Frederick Caldwell. His daughter, Julia C. Caldwell of Kingston, MA. Charlie leaves a sister, Christine Frye, brother, Peter Long, Jr. and his wife Nicole and three nephews. Jonathan Lees, Jared Lees, Peter Long, III and a niece, Emily Marie Long.
