Dan will be missed. I remember him running Cross Country and Track at Bourne High School. He was a competitor in every sense of the word. He was too young to leave this world.

I’m saddened to hear of Danny’s passing. A fond memory I have dates back to when I was a kid (10 or 11) and Danny was stationed overseas during the Gulf War and he made an effort to send me hand written notes about the cultures and cuisines of where he was and even sent me a local candy bar made from sesame seeds. I never ate it but kept it as a souvenir for years after. I remember that this kind gesture instilled a passion in me to go to see the world. And here I am doing that with lots of thanks to Danny. Sending you all heartfelt prayers.

Saddened beyond words. My condolences to family and friends. Dan left an incredible impression on my life as my team leader in Desert Storm. I grew up more under his tutelage than anyone else in my life. He will be sorely missed and never forgotten.
