Dawn Vicki (Musiol) Nelson, 64, of Wareham, Massachusetts, passed away on July 25, 2026. Born on April 26, 1962, Dawn was the daughter of Theodore and Phyllis (Ames) Musiol. She was the wife of William E. Nelson, Sr.
Dawn built her working life as an operator in telecommunications, bringing steady dedication to a role rooted in connection and service. In all she did, she carried a bright spirit—meeting life with an uplifting outlook and a warmth that could be felt by those around her.
In addition to her husband William. She was also survived by her son, William E. Nelson, Jr., a sister, Louisa Baptiste; and her brothers, Paul Musiol and Richard Musiol.
Away from work, Dawn found simple, genuine happiness in crocheting and in sunbathing on the beach—quiet pleasures that reflected her ability to embrace the good in everyday moments.
A visitation will be held on August 10th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Nickerson Bourne Funeral Home, 40 MacArthur Blvd., Bourne, MA.
