Diane Louise White

Diane L. (Rainville) White, 71, passed away on February 26, 2012 at Tobey Hospital in Wareham after a period of declining health. Born on August 30, 1940 daughter of the late Louis and Ethel Rainville. Diane graduated from Union Hospital School of Nursing in 1961. She was a Registered Nurse at Cape Cod and Islands Community Health Center for much of her career. During her retirement years, Diane enjoyed reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. While her health was still good, Diane was a devoted grandmother to her grandson and granddaughter and volunteered her time to many organizations on Cape Cod. She is survived by three sons Frank E. White III, Kevin F. White and James M. White, two sisters Judy Rainville and Bette Walsh and her grandchildren PFC Derek K. White, United States Army and Melinda M. White. Visiting Hours will be held Saturday March 3rd from 11 AM to 1 PM at which time a Memorial Service will be held at the Nickerson Bourne Funeral Home, 40 MacArthur Blvd. Bourne.
