Gloria M. Quintal

Gloria M. (Westling), Quintal, 86, died peacefully at home on May 1, 2017. Born in Middleboro to the late Ted and Annie (Jardullo) Wallace. She was predeceased by her husband Robert E. Quintal, Sr. of 50 years. She graduated from Middleboro High School and married Robert E. Quintal on April 15, 1950 then moved to Buzzards Bay to open a restaurant. They lived in Onset for 50 Years, and owned Quintals Restaurant in Yarmouth, Hyannis, Buzzards Bay and Wareham. She loved the ocean, spent many years traveling with her husband and boating. She enjoyed playing cards, Bingo, Keno, cooking, she had volunteered for meals on wheels, and in recent years has been working at Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce where she enjoyed meeting new people. She was a very dedicated hard worker and loved being around family.

She is survived by her children Robert and the late Sandra Quintal of Sagamore, Charles Quintal of Onset, Edward Quintal of Onset, Jeannine and Jim Weisman of Wareham, and James and Tana Quintal of Falmouth, a sister, Viola Anuszcyk, 19 Grandchildren, and many great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her siblings, Anne Gabrey, Beverly Dupont, John Westling and Shirley Dionne.
