Irvin E. Windle

Irvin grew up in Falmouth and attended Falmouth high school. He worked for 50 years for George Botelho Excavation Inc, as a heavy duty equipment mechanic. He enjoyed watching the boats at Falmouth harbor.

He is survived by his children: Christina Batts, Joann Thorup, Katherine Procaccini, Gail Connolly, and his son Irvin Windle, Jr. His sister Constance Windle of Falmouth, and his other siblings, Jimmy Windle of Taunton, Allen Windle of Taunton, and Nancy Delaney of Taunton. He had many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in passing by his daughter Vicki Windle, and his son Daniel Windle, his brother Allen P. Windle, and sister Laila Johnson.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday June 13th from 1-4pm at Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, 40 MacArthur Blvd. Bourne, MA. Burial will be held at a later date at Massachusetts National Cemetery.
