Mrs. Menkello was born 80 years ago in Boston, the daughter of the late Vincenzo Ardito and Suzie (Cassetta) Ardito. Prior to retiring, Joanne worked as a hairdresser. She enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, and reading.
She leaves one daughter, Joanne Cusano and her husband Wayne of Middleboro, one son Mark Menkello of Bourne, two sisters Mary Gouvalaris of Middleboro and Susan Hart of FL, as well as several nieces and nephews.
A visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday, November 1st, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm in the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home located as 40 MacArthur Blvd in Bourne.
A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, November 2nd, at 11:00am in the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home.
