Kenney was born on July 30, 1957, in Natick, MA, the son of the late Bruno and Maxine (Hollett) Moscatelli. He resided in the Framingham area for many years before moving to Cape Cod in 1997. He graduated from Framingham South High School in 1975. Kenney worked for several years at General Motors in Framingham. He also worked in the appliance repair business and several trades including roofing and concrete work.

Kenney also leaves a son, Eric Belcher of Aurora, CO. He was the brother of Claudia Dawe and Kathleen Ross and brother in law to Rick Dawe. I am so very sorry to hear this evening of a Kenny’s passing. I had the pleasure of knowing Kenny growing up in Framingham. He lived across the street from me. He was just a wonderful man. I have so many fond memories of him. RIP Kenny. I am so sorry I heard too late for me to attend his services this morning.

You will be missed.
You have certainly gone too soon.
I've always wanted to be as cool as you. Hopefully, someday, I'll get there.
Rest well, Uncle Kenney. See you again in heaven.

Much love to the rest of us left behind.

Shaunne, Michelle, and Gina,
Thinking of all of you with loving support and heartfelt sympathy. Sorry for your loss.

Kenney's first time fishing on Trickey Pond he caught one of the "biggest" small mouth bass. That is extremely tough on that pond. Very proud and the photo made us smile. Quite the fisherman!

Please know you all are in our prayers and thoughts daily. RIP Kenney! Love Linda and Jason

Ken, you left way too young, when I visit Framingham I always drive by your old family home. we had some great times back in the day. I will never forget all the great times hanging out. I never met your family as I left for Maryland back in 1994 but you were never far from my thoughts every trip north. Rest In Peace my friend. To your family , the love Kenny had for others will be missed.
