In the 1980's, Leon moved to his home on Lincoln Road in Hyannis, Massachusetts. During his recent illness, the Veteran's Administration, Bourne Manor, and Hospice truly provided him a home-away-from home.
Funeral arrangements are private, but interment will be next week at his family's plot in Woodland Cemetery, Stamford, Connecticut.
