

Mrs. Marie "Louise" (Walsh) Lauzon, 95, beloved wife of the late Francic C. Lauzon, passed away July 13, 2014 at Sippican Healthcare Center in Marion. She was a resident of Atria Woodbriar in Falmouth Ma for the past three years.
Born in Randolph, Louise was the daughter of the late Charles and Maria (Burns) Walsh. Raised and educated in Randolph, she was a graduate of Stetson High School.
Marie was employed with the VA Hospital in Brockton as a telephone operator for several years before retiring while she was in her 50’s.
She enjoyed knitting, traveling and cooking. Above all else, her life revolved around her family. She often knitted things for family members, and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the apple of her eye.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda Johnson and her husband Jeffrey of Marston Mills and Elizabeth Sorel of Lakeville. Also survived by grandchildren Sean Smith, Jason Smith, Thomas Smith, Michael Crowley, Martha Smith, and Robert Sorel and great grandchildren Tyler Smith, Liam Crowley, Andrew Touch, Brianna Crowley, Sophia Smith, Cameron Smith, and Benjamin Moniz and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Robert Smith, former husband, Louis Smith and brothers Ralph, Harold, Charles, James, Milton and Robert Walsh, sisters Mary Walsh, Elizabeth Dean.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a period of Visiting Hours on Thursday, July 24, 2014 from 11:00AM-12:30PM in the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, 40 MacArthur Blvd., Bourne.
