STRAHAN, Marilyn Marie, 76 of Pocasset, Massachusetts passed away after a brief illness at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth, MA. She was born to the late William J. Strahan and Rita A. (McAdams) Strahan in Medford, MA in 1948.
Marilyn grew up in Medford, MA and graduated from Medford High School. She worked for John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company in the Real Estate and Investment Department for over 25 years. She retired and moved to Cape Cod to be close to her family. She enjoyed cruising, travelling, dancing, and playing card games with her extended family of many cousins and friends. She loved her two cats Max and Mysty.
She is survived by her siblings: William Strahan and his wife Maureen of Florida; Donald Strahan of Maine; Janice Hicks and her husband Mark of Australia; Nieces, Melanie Strahan and her son Jacob of New Hampshire; Michelle Brewster and her husband Daniel of Massachusetts; and her Stepdaughter Dawn Stapleton of Massachusetts.
Burial will be private.
