Michelle Audrey (Wemple) Lachance, 39, of Plymouth, passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at home surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of Brendon D. Lachance of 13 years and the most incredible and devoted mother to her four children, Kai, Makenzie, Aubrey and Gavin.
Born in Point Pleasant, NJ; she was the daughter of Diane (Colucci) Wemple of Brick, NJ and the late Glenn W. Wemple. She graduated from Brick Memorial High School in 1997 and then graduated with her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2003. Michelle spent years working as a highly respected pharmacist in East Boston for Sullivan's Pharmacy, East Boston Neighborhood Heath Center, and most recently, Eaton Apothecary.
Michelle loved to travel with her beloved family. Hawaii and Disney World were among the top destinations for their fun family adventures. She adored her husband and children and made sure that she created memories through fun experiences for them. They returned to Marco Island, Florida, where she and Brendon were married, every year as a family. She had a love for animals which everyone could see when they stepped onto her farm filled with chickens, goats, a miniature horse, and numerous other pets including her puppy, Reef. Michelle would never miss the opportunity to attend a class trip or cheer for her children at their sporting events.
Besides her husband, children, and mother, she is survived by her sister Pamela Gorman of Brick, NJ, and her brothers, Glenn Wemple of Pennington, NJ, and Daniel Wemple of Point Pleasant, NJ. Her maternal grandmother, Mae Colucci, of Toms River, NJ. Many loving inlaws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of longtime friends.
A visitation will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a service at 6:30 p.m. at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home 40 MacArthur Blvd., Bourne, MA. Interment is private.
