Thomas Stanley Samalis

Thomas S. Samalis, of Jacksonville, FL passed away December 18, 2017. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on August 7, 1941 to Stanley and Veronica Samalis. He is survived by his wife Jane, his 4 children Jennifer, Pamela, Laura and Timothy, his daughter-in-law Lisa, his son-in-law James, his future son-in-law Anthony, his 9 grandchildren Harrison, Hannah, Ava, Brennan, Peyton, Nolan, Quinn, Megan and AJ and his 2 cats Lucy and Sydney. He also leaves his niece, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

He will be remembered for his love of family, friends, church, Miller Lite, the Boston Red Sox, Jacksonville Jaguars and most of all his Christmas traditions.

Visitation will be at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral home at 40 MacArthur Blvd in Bourne, MA on Thursday December 28th from 4-7pm. The funeral mass is Friday, December 29th, at St Margaret’s Church at 11am located at 141 Main Street in Buzzards Bay followed by the burial at the Bourne Veteran’s Cemetery.
