Tina Maria DiGiano

Tina Maria Zeoli DiGiano, 70, of Bourne, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully at her home on August 27, 2026, surrounded by her family and her beloved dog, Dakota.

Tina was born in Brockton, Massachusetts on October 31, 1955, to Augustine “Whiskey” Zeoli and Catherine Moran Zeoli. Being born on Halloween suited Tina perfectly. She loved the holiday and celebrated it every year with costumes, parties, decorations, and whatever excuse she could find to have a little fun.

She attended Brockton High School and her life's work was caring for others. Over the years, she worked as an emergency medical professional, Women’s Clinic manager, DJ and karaoke host, and for the United States Postal Service. Most recently, she found especially meaningful work as a dog walker. Tina poured herself into caring for her four-legged clients, forming genuine bonds with the dogs and the people who loved them. It gave her purpose, companionship, and joy, and the dogs she cared for became part of her family.

Tina was a fiercely loving and protective mother to her kids, Tommy, Sara, and Jordan. She would drop everything to be there for the people she loved. For nearly 25 years, Tina devoted herself to caring for her sister, Kathy, a role she embraced as a true labor of love. Her generosity and fierce loyalty also extended beyond her immediate family.

With a larger-than-life presence, Tina lived her 70 years loudly, lovingly, stubbornly, generously, and completely. She loved telling stories, singing karaoke, watching classic TV and movies, betting on football and NASCAR, playing KENO, and wearing anything that lit up in hopes of striking up a conversation.

Always the welcome party, Tina had a rare gift for making people feel at home. She could walk into a room knowing no one and somehow leave knowing half the people in it. Whether she was holding court at her favorite barstool at Mezza Luna with old friends, spending happy hours at the Elks Club, or striking up a conversation with someone she’d just met, Tina had a way of making people laugh and making everyone feel like they belonged.

Some of her happiest days were spent in Provincetown during the summer, enjoying quality time with family, listening to the waves.

Tina is survived by her daughters, Sara Spillane and Jordan Raymond; her son-in-law, Boomer DeAlessio; and her siblings, Frank, Kathy, and Alice Zeoli. We find comfort in knowing that her son, Thomas “Tommy” Spillane, welcomed her into Heaven with open arms. Tina very much looked forward to their reunion, and she honored Tommy’s life and memory every day.

A Celebration of Tina’s Life will be held at Mezza Luna Restaurant, 253 Main Street, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532, on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 4:00–9:00 p.m. All are welcome to drop in, eat, drink, and celebrate Tina’s unforgettable life with a joyful send-off surrounded by people, good conversation, and a great time.
