Annette was a very good friend and neighbor. I could depend on her for anything. She was always very busy with her garden, she taught me a lot about growing vegetables. Our children were good friends and playmates.God bless all of you. I know she will be missed.

I met Miss Annette at age 1. She and her family were the best neighbors one could hope to grow up with. Days playing ball and nights playing tag and hide-and-go-seek. Miss Annette always let me dig for fishing worms in her compost pile, and always had the most amazing flower and vegetable gardens. She was a big part of my world when I was young. Peace to Debbie, David and their families.

I will always remember Ms. Annette very fondly. Wonderful memories of her, David, and Debbie as childhood friends and neighbors. She was an amazing woman! May she rest on peace in the loving arms of our Father!

My sympathy to our neighbors, especially Debbie, for their loss. I can remember moving to Shafer Lane in 1995 and chatting with Ms Maeder when she would pass by on her walks. May she rest in peace.

I will always love and honor my memory of "Miss Annette". I remember a very strong and resilient beautiful soul who was our next door neighbor growing up in Latham. She grew everything in her own garden, she was kind to everyone and she was so proud of Debbie and David. She was honestly one of my very first female role models as a young girl. I was blessed to know her and her family. 💜
