To all the Moore family. We are so saddened to hear of the passing of Carlos. He was Joe's football coach for two years in 2011 and 2012. Joe still talks often about Coach Carlos. Carlos instilled in Joe a stronger self discipline and a love for the game of football. Heaven now has a great player and coach. We were all honored to have known him.

Renee, Sierra, CJ and the rest of the Moore Family.  I will remember the warm smile, the dedication to the PEO-EIS team, his humble and caring spirit.  Isaiah 40:31 says" But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."  Although too soon for us, Carlos' struggle is now over and he has truly earned his eternal rest. We at SPAWAR had the wonderful opportunity to work with Carlos when he was with PEO EIS.  He was a sweet, soft-spoken man...always willing to help - no matter what the task.  Our hearts and prayers are you and your children whom he cherished so dearly. He is surely in heaven and watching over all of you.

  He will be sorely missed.  He was a good and kind man, who always put others first.  He often spoke with pride about his two children and their accomplishments in the classroom and in the world of sports.  It was clear he loved you all dearly.

I admired Carlos for his strength of character and his love for his family.  I will continue to be inspired by the actions he took and the things he said while he was alive. He will live in my memories.
