Courtney Bianca Cooper

Courtney Cooper, 34, our bright-eyed dreamer, passed away on August 22, 2025. Born on July 22, 1991, in Silver Spring, Maryland and resided in Glenn Dale, Maryland. Courtney packed a lifetime of love and laughter into her short years.

Known for her infectious giggling and boundless imagination, Courtney had a unique ability to brighten even the gloomiest days, At one point of her life she was a big advocate for creating an environment to assist individuals with mental health issues.

Courtney's kindness was legendary among her classmates at Saint Matthias Catholic School, Elizabeth Seton High School, and Roanoke College where she attained two degrees Bachelor of Arts International Relations and Spanish, who fondly remember her humor.

Courtney is survived by her father Gregory, brother Gregory, Janhoi, Gerald Staton, Grandmother Gladys Wells, Aunt Paige Clemons, Aunt Nell Williams and other family members and a community of friends whose lives she touched deeply.
