On Monday, November 14, 2011 of Bowie, MD died at Johns Hopkins Hospital. David is the husband of Diane M. Carr; son of Ina M. Carr and the late Wallace R. Carr; father of Christopher D. (Katie) Carr and Andrew M. Carr and his fiancée Amanda Cole; brother of Kathy (Dennis) Samuelson and James Carr; grandfather of Ethan, Henry and Addison Carr. David graduated with the 1974 class of Maple Grove High School. Visitation and services were held at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, Bowie, MD. Interment will be held at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
