David James DuBeau

David James DuBeau of Bowie, Maryland passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019. David is the son of the late Leo F. DuBeau and Mary Louise Buckler; husband of Yadira DuBeau; father of Mary Louise DuBeau; brother of Susanne F. Shaw of Laurel, Maryland, Keith J. DuBeau and his wife Julieann of Davidsonville, Maryland, and Edward M. DuBeau and his wife Tania of Glenwood, Maryland. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.

David was a graduate of Parkdale Senior High School. He served four years in the U. S. Army as a Scout completing his basic training at Fort Knox, Kentucky, and then given duty assignments at Fort Hood, Texas, and Mannheim, Germany. After the military, he served as a Metropolitan Police Officer for twelve years and then went into the security field where he became Director of Security for various malls. David and his family are members of St. Pius X Catholic Church in Bowie, Maryland. As David would say his greatest achievement was his family and raising his lovely daughter. He had a sense of humor and a kind heart, he loved the beach and watching movies but he was always ready to help anyone and treated everyone fairly.

Family will receive friends at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm on Sunday, February 10, 2019. A Prayer Service will be held at 7 pm. Interment with Military Honors will be held at 11:30 am, Monday, February 11, 2019 at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 1122 Sunrise Beach Road, Crownsville, Maryland 21032. Following the interment a Repast will be held at the American Legion, 1905 Crownsville Road, Annapolis, Maryland.

Biography

David James DuBeau of Bowie, Maryland passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019. David is the son of the late Leo F.
