Donald L. Keller Sr.

On July 12, 2011 of Bowie, MD. Retired member of the White House Secret Service Staff, former member Metropolitan DC Police and US Air Force Military Police. Donald was known affectionately as "Snoopy"(from the Peanuts cartoon) by his friends and family. His interests included model ship building, card playing, and bingo. He was also an avid sports fan, rooting for the Washington Redskins, Washington Nationals, and Baltimore Orioles.

Mr. Keller is survived by two children, Donald L.Keller, Jr. and Dana C. Keller; devoted sister Doris Overstreet (William), best friends Lucille Jones, Ben Beckwith and daughter Terri; first cousins Carol Jeffreys and Louis Bryant; 8 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends may call at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home on Wednesday July 20,2011 from 11:00am until time of service at 1:00PM. Interment will follow at Lakemont Memorial Gardens, Davidsonville, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Heart Association or American Lung Association, in memory of Mr. Donald L. Keller, Sr.
