I only found out about Ebony, my precious and brilliant NRMC co-worker and my Soror today, and the shock was overwhelming! Ebony, you will never be forgotten. You were a joy to work with, and I will never forget our road trips for assistance visits, especially when we went to West Point, and were geographically challenged when trying to find Torches on the Hudson restaurant...I don't think we had ever laughed so hard! I am so glad I was able to spend time with you outside of work, at Symone's birthday and at the Sisterhood Brunch at Acadiana.  I will miss you, my Soror and friend!

Words cannot express the way I'm feeling. The many many memories that we have from Morehead State will always remain in my heart and never be forgotten. From singing in the BGE to being crazy in our dorms, all the deep conversations, the many fun times, cry times, and laughter will always be remembered. I even got you a special gift that I will now give to Simone when she becomes a teenager.  Please know that I will do everything possible to let Simone know how much you loved her. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends.  I was in shock when I heard the news.  Ebony was such a sweet, caring person and I was planning on having dinner with her this week during her visit to Fort Knox, KY.  Although I had only met Ebony 1 time, she stayed in contact with me via text and emailed me like we had known each other for years.  She would check on me to make sure I was okay.  I pray that you are resting peacefully. Heaven has another Angel looking down on us.
