A funeral service for Elva will be held Friday, April 9, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD 20715. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Oakland Cemetery, Berry Road, Waldorf, MD 20646.
