On November 8, 2015. He is survived by sons, Thomas Wayne Cullins and Mark Wesley Cullins(Wanda), sister Joan Fountain(Walter), grandchildren Mark Wesley Cullins, Jr. (Melissa), and Brittney Cullins. He is also survived by longtime companion Patricia Palmer.
He was a proud member of the FOP lodge 89 and retired as a Sergeant from the Prince George’s County Police Department in 1992. His passions were crabbing, fishing and boating. He also enjoyed gardening and going on cruises.
Family will receive friends Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Rd.
