Beautiful City
I have heard of a city
It’s not really far away
The streets are paved with pure gold
And the gardens are so pretty
You’re guaranteed a home there
And you’ll see no sign saying sold
The price was paid by Jesus
On the cross to save our souls
I long to see that city
With love, peace, and harmony
There is no sickness or worry
What a wonderful place to be
The price for us to live there
Is so very small you’ll see
Just have faith in Jesus
And a home is there for you and me
