Gloria Jean Walker of Upper Marlboro, Maryland died on Thursday, February 11, 2010. Gloria is the wife of the late Robert L. Walker; mother of Terita Pottinger and her husband Oral; sister of Gladys Moore, Deloris Proctor, Margie "Rita" Dickerson and her husband Anthony "Tony," Alvin Williams, Jr. and his wife Beth, James Lewis and his wife Rhonda, Willie T. "Tommy" Williams and his wife Sharon, Michael Lewis and Clyde Lewis and the late Mary Toliver; grandmother of Morgan L. and Dean J. Pottinger. Family and friends will gather at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland 20715 on Saturday, February 20, 2010 from 8:30 a.m. until time of service at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland, Maryland. If desired, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Chesapeake.
