Despite the fact that it's been many years since we work together on K street, those positive memories continue to this day and for a lifetime. You were a good friend! Rest in Peace, you'll be missed.

It's hard to put in words how much we miss you and love you... here is a poem to express how much we miss you and feel.....          
                                   TEARS:
      Tears streamed down my face 
when I saw you that way. 
I love you grandpa, I will love you everyday. 
As my tears raced down my face; 
I knew you'd soon be in a happier place. 
My love will follow you wherever you go. 
Oh how I loved you so. 
Although I feel sorrow and hate,

You told me everything as time passed by and by.

Dad I will miss you very much.I always loved you and respected you since you welcomed me into your family.I never felt like an outsider or a stranger.You were like a father to me and you were a source of strength I was always able to rely on.You were the hardest working man I know and I am proud to have you as my Father in Law.You made this harsh world a better place to live in and the world is a better place because you were here.God has welcomed you into his arms ,and will never have a better man at his side.                Although you were a quiet man, you spoke loud through your selfless actions and hardwork.  I am and always will be grateful to have had you in life and am proud to call you popop. Until we meet again, I love you.

It's hard to put into words how thankful we all are that you were such a big part of our lives. You taught your children, and through them your grandchildren, what it means to be a hard worker and such a great family man. What can I say. My neighbor, my friend you will be missed. I'll always remember the fun times we all shared during yard parties at my house.  I'll miss seeing you working in the yard.  Most of all I'll miss knowing you are not here anymore.  Good friends are hard to find, so yes you will be missed. However, I too could see how tired you were so now you are resting.  I pray that God will bless the loved ones you left behind, and ease the pain of their loss by knowing that you are always with them in spirit..  You are now in God's hands and all suffering has ended. I know that you will greet your family and friends in heaven again one day and it will be so joyful. I will still watch for you working in the yard this summer. Thank you Horace for your Friendship.
