On April 5, 2014 James Ernest Zell, III (July 24 1982 - April 5, 2014) passed unexpectedly as he slept. Survived by his wife Corina Lynn Otter Zell and his two children, Kiersten Nicole age 8 and James Ernest IV age 6, father James Ernest Zell Jr., of Cudjoe Key Florida, mother Ruth Evangeline Wood Zell of Friendship, Maryland, three brothers, Joseph Bryan of Logan, Ohio, Steven Anthony of Avalon Shores, Maryland and Ryan Paul of Edgewater, Maryland, paternal Grandmother Virginia Ellis Dunn Zell Blow of Forney, Texas, maternal Grandmother Dorothy Mae Ours Lucus Wood of Agusta, West Virginia, nephew Nicholas Joseph Zell age 2, Zoey Zahtilla Zell age 4 months, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
